Hello everyone! I'm Lisa, the founder of Renewed Body Massage & Wellness, LLC and Chappell’s CBD. I want to take a moment to share my personal journey and the motivation behind my passion for promoting stress management and the benefits of CBD.

At a young age, I experienced a profound loss when my mother tragically passed away from a stress-related stroke. This heartbreaking event deeply impacted my life and made me realize the importance of prioritizing self-care and stress management in our busy lives.

In 2015, I took it upon myself to establish my massage therapy business. I wanted to honor my mother's memory by educating people, particularly women, about the significance of stress management and the positive impact it can have on our overall well-being. Through my practice, I aim to provide a safe and tranquil environment where individuals can not only receive physical relief but also gain the knowledge and tools to manage stress effectively.

Unfortunately, my journey with grief did not end there. In 2017, I lost my beloved father to cancer. Throughout his own struggle, he firmly believed in the numerous benefits of CBD and its potential to alleviate pain and promote overall well-being. His faith in its therapeutic abilities inspired me profoundly.  I made the decision to embark on a new venture and establish my own CBD product line named after...you guessed it, my dad.

With my CBD product line, I am committed to providing high-quality CBD-infused topicals that can potentially provide relief, relaxation and enhance the well-being of individuals seeking natural alternatives. 

My goal is to empower individuals, to prioritize self-care, manage stress, and explore alternative methods that can contribute to their overall health and well-being. Through my massage therapy business and CBD product line, I hope to create a positive impact on the lives of others.
